During the legal hours of sales on, Tuesday, February 3, 2026, the same being the first Tuesday of the month, the following described property will be sold at the Baldwin County Government Building, 1601 North Columbia Street, suite 210, Conference/Training Room A in Milledgeville, Baldwin County, Georgia, which is the legal place designated for Sheriff's Sales. Cecil L. Ogden, is identified as the person in possession with any other person(s) who may be in possession claiming through same. The Respondent property address is 110 Ogden Place, Milledgeville, Georgia, 31061, Tax ID Parcel No. M17-058A the same being Exhibit "A" in above Case and made part hereof as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying, and being in the 321st GMD, Baldwin County, Georgia, and being shown as Lot 7, Block B, Ogden Park Subdivision Section 2, as shown on that Final Subdivision Plat for Cecil Ogden dated July 16, 1990, and recorded in Plat Book 6, page 29, Baldwin County records.
LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of Lot 7 of Block B, Section 2 of Ogden Park Subdivision conveyed from Cecil L. Ogden, Sr. a/k/aa Cecil L. Ogden to Joseph Peal by that deed dated February 28, 1995, and recorded in Deed Book 368, page 669, Baldwin County records, which parcel is more fully described as beginning at the northernmost point of said Lot 7, located at the western corner of Lot 6 and Ogden Place as shown on said plat, thence south 85 degrees, 40 minutes, 38 seconds east for 100.05 feet along the boundary with Lot 6 to the boundary of Lot 8; thence southwesterly along the boundary with Lot 8 for 90 feet; thence north 85 degrees, 40 minutes, 38 seconds west for approximately 100 feet to the right of way of Ogden Place as shown on said plat; thence north 02 degrees, 35 minutes, 14 seconds east along the right of way of Ogden Place for approximately 90 feet to the Point of Beginning.
This is part of the same property conveyed from Mary E. Brooks and Marion W. Hall, as Executrixes of the Last Will and Testament of Mary Humphries, to Cecil L. Ogden by that deed dated October 10, 1968, and recorded in Deed Book 82, page 236, Baldwin County records.
Together with all rights, title, and interest running with the above-described property but not taxed under a separate tax reference number as delineated on the tax maps of the Petitioner for the year(s) for which taxes are being foreclosed.
This property will be sold for the minimum bid price, which is the amount of delinquent taxes and accrued interest and penalties as of the date of the Order authorizing the Sale, together with all costs of foreclosure and subsequent interest and penalties, if any, through the date of the sale, plus an additional amount as ordered by the Superior Court of Baldwin County at a hearing on October 24, 2025.
