Herbert Lee Ingram, Jr., and Crystal Ingram, are identified as the person in possession with any other person(s) who may be in possession claiming through same. The Respondent property address is 131 Cape Harbour Drive, Milledgeville, Georgia, 31061, Tax ID Parcel No. 062C 029 the same being Exhibit "A" in above Case and made part hereof as follows:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 062C 029, lying and being in Land Lots 120 and 134, 2nd Land District, 318th GMD, Baldwin County, Georgia, being 1.02 acres, more or less, more particularly described as Lot 21, Cape Harbour II Subdivision, as shown on that certain plat of survey prepared by James E. Smith Jr., RLS #1895 dated April 16, 1984 and recorded in Plat Book 2, page 256-259, described in Deed Book 1087, page 472, known as 131 Cape Harbour Drive.
This is the same property conveyed from Laura P. Campbell Estate, In Rem, All Heirs Known and unknown to Herbet Lee Ingram, Jr. and Crystal Ingram by Sheriff's Tax Deed dated April 2, 2019, recorded in Deed Book 1359, page 139, Baldwin County Superior Court records.
Together with all rights, title, and interest running with the above-described property but not taxed under a separate tax reference number as delineated on the tax maps of the Petitioner for the year(s) for which taxes are being foreclosed.
This property will be sold for the minimum bid price, which is the amount of delinquent taxes and accrued interest and penalties as of the date of the Order authorizing the Sale, together with all costs of foreclosure and subsequent interest and penalties, if any, through the date of the sale, plus an additional amount as ordered by the Superior Court of Baldwin County at a hearing on October 24, 2025.
