NOTICE
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Milledgeville will hold a public hearing on the 5th day of May 2025. Said hearing will be held at Council Chambers located at 119 East Hancock Street, Milledgeville, at 5:15 P.M., to hear a request for property located at 841 Dunlap Rd., Tax Map M74 Parcel 094 and owned by Nisa S. Kahn. Applicant is requesting that this property, approximately 20.02 acres be annexed in the city limits of Milledgeville. The property will be zoned SFR1.

I understand that if I have made a campaign contribution aggregating $250.00 or more to a local government official, who will consider the application, it shall be your duty to file a disclosure report within ten days proceeding hearing date.
Any local government official who knew or reasonably should have known he or she:
(1) Has a property interest in any real property affected
(2) Has a financial interest in any business entity that has a property interest in any real property affected
(3) Has a member of the family having any interest described in (1) or (2) of this Code
Shall file a disclosure for conflict of interest.
