The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Milledgeville will hold a public hearing on the 3rd of August 2026. The said hearing will be held at Council Chambers located at 119 East Hancock Street, Milledgeville, at 5:15 P.M., to hear a request for property located at 2493 Vinson Hwy, Tax Map 072-001V, owned by SMISSION Land Development LLC represented by Matt Roessing. Applicant desires to rezone 29.03acres from AR (Agricultural Residential) to LI(Light Industrial )for Warehousing or Light Manafacturing..
Conflict of Interest O.C.G.A. Chapter 36-67A-1 - 36-67A-9
I understand that if I have made a campaign contribution aggregating $250.00 or more to a local government official who will consider the application, it shall be your duty to file a disclosure report within ten days preceding the hearing date.
Any local government official who knew or reasonably should have known he or she:
(1) Has a property interest in any real property affected
(2) Has a financial interest in any business entity that has a property interest in any real property affected
(3) Has a member of the family had any interest described in (1) or (2) of this Code
Shall file a disclosure for conflict of interest.
