The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Milledgeville will hold a public hearing on August 11, 2026. The said hearing will be held at the Council Chambers located at 119 East Hancock Street, Milledgeville, at 5:30 P.M., to hear a request for property located at 900 Barrows Ferry Rd, Tax Map M80 Parcel 110 and owned by Arlene Simmons and zoned (CC) Community Commercial. Applicants desire a Special Use for a Residential & Educational Transitional House for a maximum of 12 individuals.

I understand that if I have made a campaign contribution aggregating $250.00 or more to a local government official who will consider the application, it shall be your duty to file a disclosure report within ten days before the hearing date.
Any government official who knew or reasonably should have known he or she:
(1) Has a property interest in any real property affected
(2) Has a financial interest in any business entity that has a property interest in any real property affected
(3) Has a member of the family having any interest described in (1) or (2) of this Code
Shall file a disclosure for conflict of interest.
