The City of Milledgeville Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on the 14th day of May 2025. Said hearing will be held at City Hall, in the Council Chambers located at 119 East Hancock Street, Milledgeville, Georgia at 5:00 p.m. to hear a request for a special exception to the terms and conditions set forth in Article 3, Section 3.2.1, of the Land Development Code of the City of Milledgeville, Georgia in relation to the rear setback and minimum lot size requirements. Property is located at 476 Ross Avenue and is currently owned by Habitat for Humanity and zoned SFR1.
Conflict of Interest O.C.G.A. Chapter 36-67A-1 - 36-67A-9
I understand that if I have made a campaign contribution aggregating $250.00 or more to a local government official, who will consider the application, it shall be your duty to file a disclosure report within ten days proceeding hearing date.
Any local government official who knew or reasonably should have known he or she:
(1) Has a property interest in any real property affected
(2) Has a financial interest in any business entity that has a property interest in any real property affected
(3) Has a member of the family having any interest described in (1) or (2) of this Code
Shall file a disclosure for conflict of interest.
